WebI'm not familiar with Mr. Carey or Tool, but there are tons of drummers who could play Neil's parts. However, I'm fairly sure I've read that Geddy or Alex has said that there is NO way they will play together as Rush without Neil. I'm inclined agree that that's the right thing.
