Small, Tube, 10" speaker (s), hand wired is nice, as few as possible components, not overly thick wood for the cabinet and baffle, and a cool look! ;-) For the most part what I'm describing is what they made in the 1950's. WebHere's a very cool little tube amp - the Harp Train Model 10. It features a 12AX7 preamp tube and a 6L6GC power tube for authentic old school tone through a 10 inch speaker. While designed for harmonica/harp, it also sounds good for electric guitar. This example is in nice condition with normal light handling wear. Selectable 115 or 230 volts.
