Its worn on the splines and wobbling on the output shaft and causing the vibration. putting it in 4H locks the hub gear to the front shaft output causing the wobble to stop.

Only other thing that would cause that is off track bar but you said its centered. 6.5 shouldnt cause any vibration cuz driveshaft isnt spinning. That bow isnt necissarily bad, if it flexes the passenger tire up that spring will be pretty centered. But it would bug me too.
