Sharepoint list experience not updating
Webb22 dec. 2011 · I am using sharepoint feature upgrade to upgrade my content types and lists. I have tried both UpdateIncludingSealedAndReadOnly (true) and Update (true) and it is not updating my list with the new fields. The field simply does not appear in the list, although it appears if I go to Site Settings content Types and open the content type. However without any modifications it will not allow me to delete an entry made on a people list. It will allow a blank entry on New but on Edit it will not update the list if I delete the entry that is there. If Microsoft.SharePoint.exe is running, and there is a “Found list” log line that does not show "unsynced", it could be a client issue. See Contacting Support.
Webb12 jan. 2024 · It is not supported to update SharePoint lists from Excel data refresh. Once a list is created by using Export Table to SharePoint List, the list data will be Read-Only from Excel side (if you are not using programmatic methods). If you are open for Power Automate, you can build a flow to update list data from Excel. Webb14 aug. 2024 · Hello, On our SharePoint site, the global and current navigation areas do not update on classic pages when they are edited. The edit option appears on the page, but if I add a link to the navigation, it will save but then nothing will appear. However, if I go to the Site Contents or Site Settings, the navigation has been edited without issue.
